We are currently looking to add a qualified NON-COMMISSIONED sales associate to our team. We have an in-house staff of five sales associates, six full-time goldsmiths and four Graduate Gemologists.

Jewelry Associate

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items.
- Demonstrate knowledge of different types of jewelry, including gemstones, metals and designs.
- Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring that all jewelry is properly labeled and priced.
- Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Experience:

- Previous experience in jewelry sales or a related field is required.

Comfortable Working Hours:

Sunday & Monday - CLOSED
Tues & Thurs - 9:30AM - 7PM
Wed & Fri - 9:30AM - 6PM
Saturday - 9:30AM - 3PM
